Introduction

When working with multiple properties or similar campaign structures, the Duplicate feature in Bookboost CRM helps you save time and maintain consistency. Instead of building a campaign from scratch, you can clone an existing campaign and make only the necessary adjustments.

Main Concept or Feature Explanation

The Duplicate Campaign option allows you to copy an existing campaign and use it as a template for a new one. This is especially useful when you have multiple properties or campaigns that are only slightly different from one another. You can duplicate the original and simply update the details specific to the new use case.

Use Cases

• You manage more than one property and need similar campaigns for each.
• You want to reuse a successful campaign structure with minor adjustments.
• You need to create multiple campaigns with consistent branding and flow.
• You want to speed up the creation process for routine or recurring campaigns.

Configuration and Setup

1. Click on “Duplicate.”
2. A list of existing campaigns or templates will appear.
3. Select the campaign you wish to duplicate

Note: It will only show up in the campaign section you're working in—Broadcasts will appear under Broadcasts, and Journeys under Journeys. It's not possible to duplicate a Journey in the Broadcast section, or vice versa.
